8 Week Series Beginner Pole Dance - Starts Sept 15th

**This is an 8 week commitment to learning how to pole dance**

What you will learn over 8 weeks:

-20min Sensual warm up

-30+ Beginner dance moves

-10+ Beginner spins

-Short combo/flow combining moves together

-Introduction to beginner pole tricks

-How to safely practice at home

-How to buy & install a home pole

-Introduction to exotic dance shoes (heels)

-How to practice free dance

This will be held in my home off of Whitewood & Murrieta Hotsprings.
