Join My Divine Movement and other women alike in this Sensual Movement Class.
I strongly believe in women supporting women, having a safe place to sensually express themselves while building confidence and strength.
What to expect:
♡Introduction of instructor and students
♡Unique sensual dance warm up for beginners with intermediate & advanced options
♡Breath work & visualization exercise during warm up
♡Practicing open formatted choreography
What to bring:
♡Yoga mat and/or knee pads
♡Yoga pillow (or something similar for tight hips)
♡Water bottle
♡Any outfit you feel amazing in
Please arrive 10 minutes early to get checked in and settled in. Will not accept students past 5 minutes into class.
