About the event
Join My Divine Movement and other women alike in this Lap Dance Like a Goddess Playshop. This in person event includes the online course, "Lap Dance Like a Goddess", that you will have access too.
What to expect:
-Introduction of instructor and students
-Demonstration of the Lap dance
-Unique sensual dance warm up
-Breath work & visualization exercise during warm up
-Tips and tricks to bring the WOW factor to your dance
-Step by step guide on how to give a Lap dance
-Practicing the open formatted choreography
What to bring:
-Yoga mat or knee pads
-Yoga pillow (or something similar)
-Water bottle
-Lingerie thats appropriate and simple or an outfit you feel amazing in
In My Divine Movements Playshops I strongly recomend dressing up, this makes it extra fun and can help us tap into our feminine energy.
