**Held every Thursday from 12:15pm-1:15pm**
**15 minutes free play after class included 1:15pm-1:30pm**

What to expect in each class...
-5-10min Introductions
-Floor & pole dance warm up
-1-3 beginner pole dance moves & spins for choreo
-Linking movement together to a song
-Taking turns practicing learn choreography
-15min of free play after class for recording/extra practice
What to bring:
-Water
-Yoga mat
-Knee pads - VERY IMPORTANT
-Shorts & top that help you feel amazing
-Socks or heels
This will be held in my home off of Whitewood & Murrieta Hotsprings.
I will only be accepting up to 6 women each class to ensure an intimate setting.
