I strongly believe in women supporting women, having a safe place to sensually express themselves while building confidence and strength.
What to expect:

♡Unique sensual dance warm up for beginners with intermediate & advanced options
♡Breath work & regulation
♡Practicing open formatted choreography/free play
What to bring:
♡Yoga mat and/or knee pads

Please arrive 10 minutes early to get checked in and settled in. Will not accept students past 5 minutes into class.
